Dictation and quick notes
Say what changed and it lands in the right section.
Ambient Scribe listens to the room. Dictation is for you: say a summary, or what changed, and Encounter decides which sections to write.
- On the Voice tab, set the selector beside the record button to Dictation.
- Press record and say it. A new summary, or just the update.
- Stop. The change lands in the section it belongs to.

Lands in MDM
No voice? Type the basics into the chat instead: age, gender, chief complaint and disposition. You get a quick template-style note.
