ENCOUNTER NOTES

Ambient Scribe

Set the phone down and talk with your patient. Encounter listens and drafts the note.

  1. Open Encounter in your phone's browser.
  2. Get the patient's consent to record, then acknowledge the recording notice.
  3. Choose Ambient on the Voice tab and press record.
  4. Talk with your patient as you normally would.
  5. Stop when you're done. The transcript and note appear.

Ambient capture: the Voice tab with the capture mode set to Ambient, a record button, a waveform, and a finished recording of two minutes fourteen seconds.

Set the phone down. Every speaker captured, the noise left out.
