FAQ

Questions, answered.

What happens when my trial ends?

After 30 days you choose: keep Pro, or continue on the free plan with 10 notes a month. Nothing is charged unless you pick Pro, and you never need a card to start.

What counts as a note?

One patient encounter documented in Encounter Notes. The free plan includes 10 a month, which resets each month. That is less than a full shift on purpose: enough to see it work, not enough to run on.

How does annual billing work?

Annual is $1,188 charged once a year, which works out to the per-month price shown. Monthly is billed every month at the monthly price.

How does trainee pricing work?

Residents, fellows and students get full Pro for $29 a month. You apply with your program and its end date, and send a document that confirms your training. The price runs until your program ends.

Who is this built for?

Emergency providers (physicians, NPs and PAs) and the people training to become them. It was built by a practicing emergency physician around the way an ED chart actually gets written: the note, coaching while you chart, and the billing level.
